Welcome to the online home of the Jacksonville Fire Fighters Death Benefit Fund. In its purest sense, this fund can best be described as "Firefighters banding together in order to provide financial assistance to the family of a deceased firefighter."
The purpose of the fund is to provide immediate financial relief to families after your death. Within 48 hours, a representative of the fund will provide cash in the hands of your family.
The success of the Jacksonville Firefighters Death Benefit Fund is dependent on one factor, the men and women of the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department who unite to help those suffering the loss of theor beloved fire fighter.
Membership is open to any permanent full time employee of the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department.
